Naurt Address Validator Terms

Agreement

These terms apply to use of Naurt Address Validator, a Shopify app operated by Naurt. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and the applicable Naurt terms and conditions.

Service

The app provides checkout address suggestions and soft address validation using Naurt services. The app is designed to help buyers enter delivery-ready addresses in Shopify Checkout.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful checkout and delivery workflows.
• Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, or systematically download Naurt content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, Naurt services, or Naurt content.
• Supervise use of address suggestions and exercise independent judgement where delivery accuracy is important.

Data and Privacy

The app processes checkout address query text and selected country code to return suggestions. The app does not store buyer address searches in its database. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Availability

The app and Naurt services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that address suggestions will always be available, complete, accurate, or suitable for every delivery workflow.

Pricing and Billing

Naurt Address Validator is free to install and use. There are no subscription fees, usage charges, or paid plans.

Termination

A merchant may uninstall the app at any time from Shopify Admin. Naurt may suspend or terminate access if the app or services are used unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes connected with these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
